Booking Policy
Every tour shall be booked at least 48 hours in advance
Cancellation Policy
Every tour may be cancelled and refunded if done within the cancellation time stablished for each expedition.
The payment platform, FLOW.cl, charges $202CLP+taxes in every refund.
Money may be 100% refunded (discounting $202CLP as aforementioned) only if the tour is cancelled within 20 hours once the payment is done. In the subsequent hours, discounts are applied according to the fees charged by FLOW.cl.
The Cancellation Policy for each tour can be seen as follows:
BeerTour: 100% is refunded till 20 hours after the payment of the tour is done. In the subsequent hours the refund percentage is stablished according to the cancellation time previous to the tour starting time.
Whether the tour is cancelled 3 hours before the starting time, 90% is refunded.
Tours that are cancelled in less than 3 hours before the starting time are refunded with 50%
Foodie Tour: 100% is refunded till 20 hours after the payment of the tour. In the subsequent hours the refund percentage is stablished according to the cancellation time previous to the tour starting time.
Whether the tour is cancelled 3 hours before the starting time, 90% is refunded.

Patrimonial Tour: 100% is refunded till 20 hours after the payment of the tour. In the subsequent hours the refund percentage is stablished according to the cancellation time previous to the tour starting time.

WineTour: 100% is refunded till 20 hours after the payment of the tour is done. In the subsequent hours the refund percentage is stablished according to the cancellation time previous to the tour starting time. As for the characteristics and amenities of this tour, the Cancellation Policy is stablished as follows:
WineTour with no transport included:
Whether the WineTour is cancelled 4 hours before the tour starting time, 90% is refunded.
Tours that are cancelled in less than 3 hours before the starting time are refunded with 50%
WineTour with transport included:
Whether the WineTour is cancelled 4 hours before the tour starting time, 90% is refunded.
Whether cancellation is done within the same the of the tour, 50%is refunded
Tour may be rescheduled with no time limit and no expenses charged.
